Interesting 38H with inscription on left side of slide. It translates roughly to ""Congratulations on your promotion"" and is dated to April 1944. Trigger guard is waffenamt 37 marked. Left grip has a dime sized coin inserted below grip screw. A neat and unusual pistol.
