This German Army Sauer Model 38-H 32ACP (7.65mm) pistol is circa mid-1944. The 3.5"" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The gun retains approx. 92% of its brushed blue wartime finish with the grip straps fading. This late variation has the CAL. 7.65 marked slide with the eagle over N proof and slide safety. The frame has the eagle over N proof and eagle over 37 German Army acceptance stamp. The slide and frame numbers match. The original grips are excellent with the round SS logo on the left panel and no cracks or chips. The magazine is the correct late 7-hole type. This gun also has the scarce zinc trigger. The action functions correctly. This is a very nicel example of an all original late war Sauer 38-H in fine collectible condition.
