Savage 1907 pistol in 7.65mm (.32 acp).  Is this the “red headed step-child” of early 1900’s pistols?  To many the answer was, without a doubt, yes!  But what the 1907 lacked is sleek, finesse lines like the 1903 and 1908 Colts it made up for in durability and simplicity.

The Savage is a very well-built gun, made to be ultimately reliable and durable.  It is a very easy gun to field strip and from all accounts it is quite accurate.

This is a later version that has finer cut serrations to grip the slide and a different magazine release.  The magazine, by the way, is a double stack 10 round.

Finish on this pistol is around 85% uniformly faded blue.  Good grips and excellent mechanics.
