SAVAGE 1915 32 ONLY 6900 MADE
Description: SOLD The 1915 Savage has three features that make it stand out. It has a non-exposed cocking mechanism/hammer, a grip safety, and the slide stays open after the last shot. On the right side just to the front of the trigger guard is the tab that releases the slide. As already mentioned only 6900 of these were produced making it a pretty rare item. Savage pistols were the first with a double stack magazine. 10 Quick Shots was one of Savage's mottos. They were ahead of their time. Bore has good lands and grooves, is shiny, and will rate a seven on a one to ten scale. Grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. Markings are complete and original. A high percentage of the original blue finish remains. It looks a lot better in personn. The finish does have some blemishes as shown in the pictures. The magazine is correct and original. I have shot this pistol and it functions flawlessly and is fun. You will like this Savage Model 1915 .32 caliber pistol. It will make an interesting addition to any collection. Please contact me for more information or pictures. American Arms & Antiques item #2790. SOLD |
