SAVAGE M1907 7.65mm (.32 ACP) Exposed Hammer FACTORY BOX Pocket Pistol C&R
Semi-Automatic SELF DEFENSE Gun Made Circa 1910
Description: SAVAGE M1907 7.65mm (.32 ACP) Exposed Hammer FACTORY BOX Pocket Pistol C&R Semi-Automatic SELF DEFENSE Gun Made Circa 1910 Here Ancestry Guns presents a Savage Model 1907 Pocket Pistol, made circa 1910 in Utica, New York. The Savage Model 1907 is a semi-automatic pocket pistol produced by the Savage Arms, from 1907 until 1920. Beginning in 1907 it was chambered in .32 ACP and, from 1913 until 1920, in .380 ACP. Although smaller in size, it is derived from the .45 semi-automatic pistol Savage submitted to the 1906-1911 US Army trials to choose a new semi-automatic sidearm. After several years of testing the Savage pistol was one of two finalists but ultimately lost to the Colt entry, which became famous as the Colt Model 1911. In the early 20th Century, Savage was Colt’s primary competition for semi-automatics and this Model 1907 was a best seller. This is a nice example of Savage’s top-selling semi-automatic pistol with a factory box. It features the exposed hammer and an impressive 10-shot magazine. It is a very nice size for concealed carry and self-defense. Corners are nicely melted and the total weight with an empty magazine is only a little over 19 ounces. The hard rubber grips feature the trademark Indian Chief with “SAVAGE QUALITY” wrapping around. The overall condition is fine. Much original blue finish is preserved. Case colored trigger. The grips are well preserved with definition. Legible markings. Robust action. The bore retains a bright shimmer, with a lightly frosted appearance towards the breech, with sharp rifling. The included factory correct box is good. Own the original! This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Barrel is 3-3/4 inches. Caliber: .32 ACP (7.65mm) Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING. Will need to be sent to your local FFL or C&R licensee. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. $1150 #259710 SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
