Description:

Standard configuration SIG P49 single action pistol with 4.75? barrel and drift adjustable front and rear sight. The left side of the slide and frame are proofed and marked with the full serial number that is repeated on the right side of the barrel hood. Safety detentes are marked with an “S” in white and “F” in red. “P” release marked on left side of trigger guard and discreetly applied import marking on base of frame where covered by the magazine floorplate. Disassembly shows a matching hammer group with the usual half cock. Fitted with checkered black plastic grips, integral escutcheons, secured with a single transverse screw. Fixed lanyard ring. Complete with a pair of matte finish magazines. Original holster manufacturer marked and dated “67” on obverse surface.

Condition:

VG+ original condition with sharp edge wear around muzzle, forward frame, and slight thinning of front strap, as one would expect from a military pistol that has seen light/moderate use. Discoloration around small parts as imaged. Crisp grips. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG+ tan holster and strap with intact stitching. A classic mid production Swiss P49 pistol rig, as issued to the Military, with holster, perfect for the range or in your collection.
