As it says. This pistol came in as you see it, with one 10 round magazine. It appears unfired, but there is the slightest smell of gunpowder in the chamber, so I'll say it was test fired. Not much more than a magazine. I can tell by looking at the barrel hood, which looks untouched. Barrel is clean as a whistle, Sig tag still on it. Why would a person keep that tag and toss the rest? They wouldn't, so I don't think it was ever taken off.
