Very good to excellent condition overall. The metal is in great shape with a few barely noticeable exceptions. The breech on top has the faint beginning of signs of wear. There looks to be a pair of marks about the size of a grain of sand in the brushed part of the slide below the "q" and the "E" of the word "Equinox" on the right side. Grips have a tiny mark midway down the left panel on the back of the checkering. The tritium in the sights still has a good glow to them so those should be good for at least a few years yet. Comes with the factory case and a single magazine. .40 S&W
