The 1911 Campaign Series features a traditional-contoured, stainless steel slide and frame, featuring a custom distressed finish. Low-profile, 3-dot, combat sights are dovetailed to the slide. The skeletonized hammer recesses into the beavertail grip safety to protect it when carrying the weapon cocked with the thumb safety on, and to avoid hammer-bite while firing. A pronounced memory bump on the grip safety enhances consistent hold for greater accuracy. Checkered front strap and mainspring housing and textured G10 grip panels provide a solid, nonslip hold.
