This outstanding SIG Sauer P225 pistol, in 9mmP, assembled in Switzerland for the Bern Police, has drift adjustable sights, a mirror bore, and comes complete with an original box, spare magazine, instruction booklet, and a Bern-accepted leather holster, all in excellent-near new condition.

Description:

Beautiful SIG SAUER P225 pistol in 9mmP assembled in Switzerland for the Bern Police with drift adjustable front and rear sights. Left side of slide marked with the Bern canton, followed by “SIG SAUER” . The right side is marked with the model surmounting “Montage Suisse” (meaning assembled in Switzerland). The exposed barrel hood is marked 9mm Para along with the Swiss proofing that is repeated on the forward slide. The full serial number is on the right side of the slide, the right side of the frame, and the left side of the barrel hood (not shown). Fitted with two piece black plastic checkered grips. Single column magazine with zippered spine and seven indicator holes. Complete with original blue SIG SAUER shipping box with spare magazine, multi-language instruction booklet and a black leather holster marked with a Bern acceptance mark and the number ‘83’ stamped into the back.

Condition:

The pistol presents as virtually new with no sharp edge wear or thinning around the muzzle or of the front strap. The cross pin in the slide is slightly bruised on the left side. Grips are as new with securing screws having perfect slots. Excellent primary (slight insertional wear) and spare magazine (nearly new). Mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics. VG box with scattered scuffing, labeled for a closely serial numbered pistol of the same type. Holster is excellent with just a few very superficial scuffs on the outer surface.
