Description:
This listing is for a “Made in Germany” Sig Sauer P226 in 9mm.  This is one of the rarer P226s that come up in the market because it falls into the 1995 “transitional period” for the Sig factory.  It bears German proof marks that date it 1995 and the “Made in Germany” stamp meaning it was fully made and assembled in Germany but due to regulation and business changes after the reunification of East and West Germany, it could not be stamped “Made in W. Germany.”  Very few “Made in Germany” marked P226s got proof marks because the U.S. export firearms did not require them, thus making this particular item a bit of a novelty.  This firearm came to us from the original purchaser and has the original box and paper work.  The market for these will only get better and better with time so serious Sig collectors should look closely at this item.  Please contact us with any questions you may have!

All payments must be made via credit card over the phone.  No additional fee will be added for using a credit card but no additional payment types will be accepted at this time.  To submit payment, buyer must call the store between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday or between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Sunday.   When calling, please have the listing available to aid in processing payment.

Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in the price of any item but shipping costs can be calculated ahead of time if buyer contacts A3.  Type of shipping will depend on the item.  Ann Arbor Arms does not ship internationally and follows all state and local laws.  Know your state and local laws before attempting to purchase as all transactions that cannot be processed due to conflicting state or local laws are subject to a 25% relisting fee.  

All items are sold “as is” and will only include the accessories and/or box provided to us by the party we originally acquired the item from.  Items will not necessarily come in original boxes or with original accessory kit unless expressly stated in the listing.  By purchasing from Ann Arbor Arms, Buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this statement:  The item is being sold “as is.”  No expressed or implied warranties have been made by Seller.  Seller is not responsible for any consequential and/or incidental damages or losses arising from the sale or use of said item(s).   Seller assumes no responsibilities after the transfer of ownership has taken place.  Buyer acknowledges that each item is being sold “as is” and buyer takes all responsibilities associated with each item when the transfer of ownership has taken place.  Buyer agrees that it will be the Buyer’s sole responsibility when transfer of ownership has taking place to use each item safely.   Buyer will adjust, check and follow all manufacturer’s instructions for each item.  Buyer has had the opportunity to have each item inspected within the 3 days allowed by Guns International.   By purchasing from Ann Arbor Arms through Guns International, Buyer acknowledges that this agreement includes all of the provisions of the parties’ agreement and there are no other statements, provisions or representations concerning the sale of any of the items covered by this agreement.  Each party is agreeing to the terms outlined in this agreement of their own free will and act.  Each party has read all of the provisions of this agreement and each party fully understands all of the provisions of this agreement.  Each party has had the opportunity to have an attorney review this agreement.  None of the parties are under any duress or undue influence to agree to these terms.
