S&W No. 1 Second issue seven shot 22 short revolver. The nickel plating on the frame is almost 100%. Traces of blue on the barrel. The three patent dates are on the cylinder and the bore is nice with some light pitting. Action and hindge are tight and fully funtional. No pitting on the exterior of the gun. This is the gun that Mark Twain carried west and afterwards said "I thought i was armed." A really nice example of an early Smith in hard to find condition. This is an Antique and C&R and requires no paperwork.
