The Smith & Wesson M&P9 M2.0 Metal Performance Center Spec Series V represents the fifth installment in Smith & Wesson’s highly sought-after Spec Series lineup. Built around the aluminum M&P Metal frame and enhanced through the Performance Center, this limited-production pistol combines premium factory upgrades with exclusive collector-oriented accessories. The result is a handgun that delivers exceptional performance while maintaining the durability and reliability that made the M&P platform a modern benchmark.

At the heart of the Spec Series V is the Performance Center ported slide and blue TiN spiral-fluted match barrel. These factory enhancements work together to reduce muzzle rise and improve sight recovery during rapid strings of fire. This example includes a Strike Industries compensator and Trijicon SRO 2.5 MOA optic, creating a remarkably flat-shooting package that is equally suited for competition, training, or defensive use.

The aluminum Metal frame provides a solid, balanced feel while maintaining excellent handling characteristics. Aggressive M2.0 texturing, interchangeable palm swell inserts, blue anodized controls, and the factory flared magwell promote fast manipulations and confident control under recoil. The suppressor-height sights provide an effective backup sighting system while co-witnessing through the installed optic.
