The Smith & Wesson Model 5906 is a 9mm handgun with an all metal frame and slide. 5906’s and similar Smith & Wesson’s from this era were commonly used by civilians and law enforcement alike, however they eventually lost favor and were replaced with polymer framed pistols like Glocks.

While older and worn, this S&W Model 5906 will still make an excellent self-defense sidearm and range gun.
