Stunning S&W 559 factory Class A engraved, Nickle Plated pistol with paperwork, accessories, in factory matching box with factory letter. Standard configuration 559, a traditional double action in 9mmP, as manufactured from 1980-1983, total number was 10,609. Factory letter cites only 50 pistols were Class A engraved & nickel plated, this one completed on November 15, 1983. Features include a 4” barrel, slide with fixed, serrated front sight and fully adjustable rear sight. Serrated hammer spur, safety/decocker, extended slide release and serrated front & rear grip straps. Checkered mag. release. Lanyard loop at base of frame. Checkered black plastic grips w/ S&W logo. The pistol has been engraved and nickled except for most of the small parts and both 14 shot magazines, still blued, that provide a nice contrast. Complete with factory literature, cleaning accessories, factory matching box, and factory letter dated 1985 which underscores its factory engraving. HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE RESTRICTION.
