Follow our listings to see more items from this amazing collection!*** Manufacturer: Smith and Wesson Model: 32 Automatic Pistol Action: Semi Auto Pistol Caliber: .32 ACP Capacity: 7 Serial: 924 Barrel: 3.5 inches Finish: Blue Stock/Grips: Smooth Walnut with Emblems This is a VERY RARE Smith and Wesson model 32 Automatic Pistol is chambered in .32 ACP. It has a 7-round single stack magazine, a 3.5 inch barrel, and a bore which is in excellent condition. This model was made between 1926-1936 based on the 3rd Edition Standard Catalog of Smith and Wesson. It is 1 of 957 EVER MADE! The action functions properly based on visual inspection. The original blue finish is in AMAZING condition. It has a serrated grip safety on the front strap. A unique feature of this pistol is the barrel is under the slide. It has rear slide serrations. The top of the slide is marked “Smith & Wesson Springfield Mass. U.S.A. Patented Sept.13., 1910.Dec.13.1910.Feb.28.1911.May.2.1916.Jun.21.1921”. The right side of the frame is marked “32 Auto. CTG”. The right side of the frame is marked “Made In U.S.A.”. The left side of the slide is marked “Smith & Wesson”. The left side of the frame has the S&W logo. The serial number “924” is found on the front strap. It has a fixed blade front sight and a fixed square-notch rear sight. It has 2-piece brown smooth walnut grips with silver S&W emblems. The grips are in great shape. The underside of the left grip is marked "759". The underside of the right grip is marked "714". The back strap and front strap are smooth. This pistol qualifies as a Curio and Relic and can ship where legally allowed. This pistol would make a great addition to any firearms collection.
