SMITH & WESSON MODEL 59 9MM
Description:
SMITH & WESSON MODEL 59 NO-DASH 9MM – EARLY PRODUCTION – EXCELLENT CONDITION
Offered for sale is a beautiful Smith & Wesson Model 59 No-Dash chambered in 9mm Luger. This early-production first-generation S&W semi-auto features the desirable
"PAT'S PENDING" slide marking, original factory grips, and original 14-round magazine.
This pistol remains in excellent overall condition, retaining approximately 95%+ of its original factory blued finish with sharp markings and only minor handling wear. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and the pistol functions exactly as it should in both double and single-action modes.
Introduced in the early 1970s, the Model 59 was Smith & Wesson's groundbreaking double-stack 9mm service pistol and paved the way for modern high-capacity handguns.
