This rare and sought after S&W Model 1913 .35 Auto Club Gun was given to Victor Wesson on December 9, 1914 per correspondence with Roy Jinks. Victor was an important figure in the Wesson family and at the S&W factory. A supremely rare model to see as a ‘Club Gun’ this crisp example is complete in the green one piece box with the tissue wrap, caution flyer and cleaning brush. The gun retains about 95% of the original blue finish with some slight age thinning on the grip straps and a touch of wear at the muzzle. Knowledgeable collectors are aware how few examples of any model were given to members of the Wesson Family, as well as the scarcity of Club Gun models. A must own early S&W Auto that will enhance even the finest collection!
