The Echelon is the latest next-generation duty pistol from Springfield Armory with an emphasis on ergonomics and durability for striker-fired pistols while incorporating new design technologies. The pistol features Springfield‚s Central Operating Group (COG) assembly that allows the user to change out the frame while keeping the same serialized firearm. The pistol‚s new Variable Interface System (VIS) also allows for over 30 different optics to be direct-mounted to the slide without a mounting plate needed.

This model comes in a California-compliant configuration Springfield‚s U-dot sights and is bundled with Springfield‚s Gear Pack package that includes four 10-round magazines, a range bag and Viridian‚s RFX11 reflex sight. The RFX11 utilizes Viridian‚s signature green dot emitter technology and boasts a 30,000-hour operational life on a single CR2032 battery. The included RFX11 model is a special edition Echelon version that features a unique body design to match the slide serrations and profile of the Echelon pistol.
