The sub-compact XD is small enough to conceal, yet large enough to provide a solid grip to control rapid fire with larger calibers. As with standard models of Springfield XD semi-automatic pistols, the sub-compact model has a durable polymer frame with an integral accessory rail in front of the trigger guard accommodates tactical lights and laser sights.
