Springfield Armory ~ 1911-A1 ~ .45ACP
Description:
Not great shape overall and appears to have been the previous owners project. The metal on the slide is covered in numerous marks, as evidenced in the pictures. These can only be seen and not felt though. The grip area of the frame in starting to develop a bit of a patina as well. There's no rust under the grips so it has at least that going for it. The previous owner did some DIY type "upgrades". The barrel bushing in not original to the firearm judging from how obscenely tight it is to the slide (pistol was disassembled for a quick clean) and there's some light rust where the bushing contacts the slide. The mainspring housing has been replaced with a lockable one. The last noticeable thing is that the safety was changed to an ambidextrous one. The one of the right side has a little play in it. Comes with the factory case and papers, original safety, an extra set of grips, belt clip, keys for the locking mainspring housing, and a total of 2 magazines. .45 ACP
