Synopsis:

Wonderful, Near New, Star PD Pistol, one of the smallest/lightest .45 ACP pistols extant upon its introduction in 1975, this example with a full complement of literature in its factory matching box.

Description:

Standard configuration Star PD Pistol, SA only, made in 1978, chambered in .45 ACP with serrated ramp front sight and a fully adjustable rear sight. Star logo and three line reference to the manufacturer’s location and caliber on left slide. Interarms marking on right side of the slide. On the right frame is the full SN. PD marked on the butt. Complete with literature and hanging tag in green plastic case with end label referencing make, model, caliber, and matching SN.

Condition:

Near New with pistol having 99.9% of its original salt blue on the frame and nearly the same degree of black anodizing on the alloy frame. Comparably crisp grips, no oil staining, sharp checkering. EXC literature and box sans cleaning rod/spare magazine.
