Seller's Inventory #: 916
This was one of the first models made by the Stevens Arms Co. They made approximately 15,000 of these from 1864 to 1886. The frame has no finish left and is a pleasing unpolished brass. The barrel is a smooth grey patina. The grips retain most of a dull original finish with a small chip missing from the toe of the right grip. A nice example of a very early model. The extractor is missing.
