Steyr Hahn Model 1916/1912 9mm w/ Holster (Eagle/L, German Police, WW2)

Description:
WW2 German Police Eagle/L marked Model 1912 Steyr Hahn Pistol dated 1916, that was converted by the Germans to shoot regular 9mm Luger. This is an all matching example with a mint bore.

In 1940-41 around 60,000 Steyr Hahn model 1912 pistols were reworked and re-chambered for the standard German 9m/m Luger cartridge and so marked with an “08” for the P.08 9mm Luger cartridge that we all know and love so much. They were issued to the German Police and are “Eagle/L” German Police acceptance stamped. Most of these pistols were WW1 era Austrian military pistols that bear production dates and markings from that war, as does this top condition example, which is dated 1916. These pistols are not at all common. They are an important part of any German Pistol collection, especially since they are in the standard 9mm military round.

Payment
On firearms, we typically only accept credit cards or money orders/cashier's checks.

• Sale prices reflect a 3.5% cash/money order discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3.5% to the total cost for such purchases.
• Any purchases made in the state of Kentucky incur a 6% sales tax.
• On items $4995 and up, we cannot process credit card payments. We can always easily take checks or money orders. Contact us to discuss payment options if you like.

We, in certain cases, at our discretion, may agree to allow an item to be put on layaway. Layaways must be agreed to prior to purchase. Our layaway policy is 1/2 of the final total as down payment with 60 days to pay the balance. Cancellation results in a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price.

Shipping
We ship firearms via UPS and USPS. They must be sent to an FFL. We provide tracking numbers with all of our transactions. If you'd like a shipping estimate, please contact us through the and provide, at the very least, a ZIP code as to where the item would be sent.

• If paying by credit card, store policy is to ship to the billing address of the card.
• If paying by Money Order, we can ship to wherever it's legal.
• The exception is, obviously, serialized items.

Legal Policy
We can only ship items to areas in which they are legal. If you live in a more restrictive area, please check your local laws before or buying. We are, for the most part, willing to ship to the 50 states as long as it's legal. We may require proof of legality before proceeding with a transaction that is exempt from a normal law.

Serialized items must be transferred through an FFL. We do accept C&R's on any applicable items. You may have to pay your FFL a fee, which is not covered by this transaction. You are responsible to know and follow all laws (including shipping) in purchasing such items in your state.
NFA Information
Some items are regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA). This includes, but is not limited to, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and suppressors. Please check with your local and state municipalities for any further regulatory requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they comply with all NFA rules and applicable laws. Such items MUST be transferred to a Class 3 FFL via a Form 3, and then transferred to you via a Form 4 from your local Class 3 dealer. The process of getting a Form 3 approved by the BATFE takes on average 6-8 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.
