The Proximal series is built on ACME‚S AM-15 receivers and comes in a pistol configuration ideal for increased maneuverability and compact storage. The pistol is built with 7075-T6 aluminum and includes ACME‚s new Gen II Billet lower receivers that feature an integrated trigger guard, finger rest, and improved magazine release protector. The AM-15 also comes equipped with ACME‚s free-float Hive Gen 3 series Cut-away handguards that feature full-length M-LOK slots along with a unique honeycomb-pattern lightening cuts.

The Proximal comes standard with an SBA3 pistol brace provided by SB Tactical along with a standard A2 pistol grip. This model is chambered in .300 AAC Blackout and features a 10.5-inch barrel. One 30-round magazine is included.
