Description:

Original Walther P38, 3rd issue Zero Series, all matching with painted rear sight and closely numbered magazine. SN: 010285. Cal: 9mmP. Standard configuration P38 with 5” barrel, drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Safety positions marked with a white highlighted “S” and a red highlighted “F”. The right side of slide with the usual three acceptances, two of which were applied after bluing. The full serial number is repeated on the left side of the frame, left side of slide, under the barrel and on the locking block. Most small parts with the usual Eagle/359 acceptance. Fitted with the matching dark brown grips and a correct Zero Series magazine “011003”.

Condition:

VG bright original salt blue with moderate holster wear, especially on the left side of the barrel band and slide, as imaged. Comparable blue on the front strap. Most of the original red paint is on the rear sight; no visible paint on front sight. Crisp original grips. Bright bore with strong rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. An excellent and all original high polish Zero Series P38 pistol from WWII.
