The blued frame and barrel are very good. The blued 5" barrel is very good with sharp crisp rifling in its bore. The factory blued curved trigger is firm in double/single action, yet crisp on release. The factory brown grooved plastic hand grips are very good. This P38 pistol is a collector piece, which is also a shooter. This will be a prized possession for some ones gun safe. 9mm Luger
