Walther HP (P.38), Swedish Contract, Rare Example of Walther Production History!

Description:
This is a Walther HP Swedish contract pistol in 9mm. The serial number (2556) places it in the group of Third Developmental Stage, Second Variation pistols. There were approximately 470 of these produced.

This firearm is in beautiful condition for its age, excellent mechanically, some scratches on the sides of the slide. It appears to have spent some time as a "target club" pistol based on the aftermarket wood grips, the red paint on the rear sight was original to these guns.

Incorrect post-war P1 magazine, we rate this firearm at 98-99%. This is a great opportunity to own a unique piece of Walther production history!
