Standard configuration with 5 inch barrel with slide having drift adjustable front sight. Slide marked P.38 followed by serial number and “ac 44”. Usual safety markings. Right side of slide with inspection markings. All matching with full serial number on frame, slide, barrel and last 3 digits on locking block. Fitted with brown phenolic grips and correct jvd magazine with unmarked base. Condition: Exc redipped salt blue. Comparable condition orginal grips. Bright bore/sharp rifling, slight etching. Correct manual mechanics. A very nice P38 from World War II. ~~Insured shipping fee of $55; most packages shipped using FedEx 2nd Day.~~
