Extremely Rare Weatherby Mark V Silhouette Bolt Action Single Shot Pistols - Consecutive Serial Numbers - with Original Hard Cases. This listing is for the pair, with Serial Numbers M00141 & M00142. I am listing these as used, but they are in near mint condition. The cases are in good condition, with some handling marks and wear/indents on the interior cushion material. I only have one key for the cases (same key works for both), unless I can locate the other one. I purchased this pair about 25 years ago, and have had them stored in my vault since that time. I was told that they had not been fired since leaving the factory. The following are additional details.

Only 150 of these pistols were produced in .308 Winchester and released to the market. They were manufactured in Japan, and were Weatherby's first venture into handgun manufacturing. They include a globe front sight, Williams adjustable receiver peep sight, and the top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Mark V action with fluted bolt. Nicely figured thumb hole right-handed pistol grip stock with rosewood forend tip and grip cap with diamond insert. Each includes a leather wrapped hard case and extra front sight inserts.
RATING:
Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with some wear to foam lining and minor scuffs.
