After redefining the defensive handgun with the EDC X9, Wilson Combat developed a new 5” barrel, long slide version of the EDC X9 geared towards defensive and recreational shooters.

If you are on the hunt for a classic 1911 with modern enhancements, ergonomic fit, reliability and service pistol capacity, then look no further because the Wilson Combat EDC X9L is the gun for you. These 5” barrel, long slide version of the EDC X9 offers a longer sight radius and the X-frame grip in conjunction with an enlarged trigger guard window fits all hand sizes comfortably and improves recoil control. This Black Edition EDC X9L is one of our VFI Signature Series guns, and we have multiple in stock. It has been upgraded with many features such as a Trijicon SRO sight, Magwell and Ambidextrous Safety.
