GEBRUDER MERKEL 12 BORE SUHL SUPERPOSED OVER AND UNDER SPORTING GUN SN 22114. Pre-WW2. Plain double underlug extractor action with Merkel cross bolt marked SUHLER WAFFENWERKE - GEBRUDER MERKEL, SUHL in crescent on bottom. 26 3/4 inch nitro barrels marked GEBRUDER MERKLE, SUHL on left and SUHLER WAFFENWERKE on right at breech. Barrels marked BHOLER STAHL on bottom. Checkered European Walnut semi pistolgrip stock with Atlantic Guns red rubber recoil pad. Matching checkered fore arm with Anson type finger release.
Condition: Excellant overall. Action with much original case colors. Barrels show 90% plus original blue. Wood in excellant condition!
