Finely checkered half pistol grip stock of well figured walnut. Round knob. Horn buttplate. Vacant silver oval. Finely checkered splinter fore end with Deeley style release and metal tip. Canvas covered trunk case with leather trim and single brass lock. Red baize interior with leather makers label and pattern card numbered to gun. CONDITION: Very Good, as partially redone. Barrels show 60-70% rebrowned finish. Top rib is loose. Bright bores show some scratches. Action shows a silver patina with 15-20% case colors. Stock shows handling marks.
