G. THORPE BARTRAM 16 BORE BOXLOCK NON EJECTOR SXS HAMMERLESS SPORTING GUN * CASED SN H18734. Circa 1890. The action body and furniture engraved with the best foliate scrollwork, highly figured stock with ebonite extension, the barrels with game rib. Complete in it's original makers leather trunk case with maker's label. Case marked F. T. YOUNG, BRAINTREE on lid.
Condition: Very good to excellant.
Weight 5 lbs 13 1/2 oz, 14 3/8 inch pull, 28 inch barrels bored approx cylinder and 1/4 choke, 2 1/2 inch chambers. Nitro re-proof.
