Y.: A 12 Bore Sidelock Extractor Model Batavia Leader with 28" Steel Barrels Made prior to 1930. The barrels at .737 .025 & .035", (Imp.Mod & Full), 2 3/4" chambers, Rib extension third bite, Splinter forend with a snap release, Pistol grip stock at 14 3/8 x 1 9/16 x 2 9/16" over the original buttplate, 7 lbs. 11 oz., The gun is original, The case colors remain at 30% The blue remains at 94%, The wood is at 85%, The checkering is at 90%, The bores are excellent plus with 1 minor dent on the bottom of the right barrel, The gun is very sound mechanically with excellent bite. The gun is an original piece of Americana that is credited to Mr. William Henry Baker and without his input and gun interest there probably wouldn't be an L. C. Smith or Ithaca.
