ITHACA model 37-S, Rare 16 gauge SKEET GRADE Shotgun with 26 inch Skeet choke with the wide Knick vent rib barrel which was used only on Skeet and Trap grade model 37 guns and the single barrel trap guns. This is a very rare gun in 16 gauge. It is the only one I encountered in all my years of collecting Ithaca Guns. It is in near new original condition with excellent mechanical features. Made in 1948. Hand checkered stock, L.O.P. is 14 inches to a factory butt plate. Hand checkered beavertail forend. It has a red bead front sight. If you want one of these, this is it because you are likely to never see another 16 gauge Skeet grade model 37.
