FULL TRADES CONSIDERED - MUST BE STRONG QUALITY - DO YOU HAVE MULTIPLE GUNS YOU NO LONGER WANT!!! [ See asterisk* near end of description!!! ] Offered is my Vintage British CHARLES OSBORNE built, Lawn and Alder marked, side by side, Extractor Double Rifle with "Very Good" bores, (quoting George Caswell of Champlinarms._om whom I purchased from) in 450/400 3.25 inch Nitro Express caliber, (.411" bores that were slugged at GriffinHowe._om) with a buttstock that has an oval cheek piece with shadowline, cast off for right handers, length of pull of 14.5 inches, tear drops, steel grip cap, gold stock oval that is UNENGRAVED, black pachmayr decelerator recoil pad and a sling swivel stud. The action body is bolstered, extensively engraved, and has bushed firing pins. There are 28 inch barrels balancing the rifle excellently, that have a quarter rib, one fixed sight and two folding sights plus a sling stud. Overall unloaded weight is 10 pounds 7 ounces thereby making a day of shooting in a summer shirt a bruisless event, and the original cordite load is 60 grains with a 400 grain bullet. The following work was performed ENTIRELY by JJ Perodeau at Champlin Arms: triggers worked on so they are now Very Crisp, new warthog ivory front bead sight which does Not turn yellow as other ivory does, new British method case colors on the action body, plus reblueing in certain action parts, (i.e. trigger guard) and a vertical Platinum center line applied into the rear fixed blade sight. The rifle has not been fired since this work has been done. Included will be two RCBS reloading dies and over 100 pieces of new, unused Hornady brass. Serious/appropriate monetary offers will be considered, AS WILL STRONG QUALITY PARTIAL OR FULL TRADES!!! *Have you a SAVAGE ARMS recent production 110 or 10 series rifle, Schmidt & Bender scope, Swarovski scope or Night Force NSX 5x22 scope, AR-15 pistol or rifle in caliber 300 AAC Blackout, or Specifically from Rudy Koster at MaconArmory._om an AR platform pistol or rifle in .45 ACP? I'd also consider an Over Under Rifle from Ferlach, Austria / Suhl, Germany or other European local, IF caliber is at least .270 in one of the barrels and .357 in the other; two different or the same calibers are fine.
