ITHACA Trapshooter Sterling Silver Dupont Trophy. Part of my Double Gun Journal article Spring 2004, 6 inches high X 7 inches across. Dupont chemical Company sponsored the trophy that was presented to winners of trap events held each year and kept in posession of that shooter until someone captured it from him. Several famous trapshooters are inscribed on the trophy including Dr. L.G. Richards of Roanoke, Virginia. Dr. Richards was pictured in many of the early Ithaca Factory Gun Catalogues like my 1917 issue.
