Description: Belgian bronze steel presentation bullet mold, with the bronze external parts "Rocaille" sculptured in high relief and the steel beautifully engraved, incorporating an highly unusual, automatic sprue cutter, chambered for the exceedingly rare 9.75 mm diameter, Englebert bullet of 193.6 grains, which is believed to have been originally intended for use in the experimental 9.65 X 50.5 mm rimmed Comblain cartridge which was entered in the 1884 Belgian Military rifle trials & is shown as the "Cartridge No. 314" in the Deutsche Metal Patronenfabric Lorenz of Karlsruhe, Baden 1887 catalogue. This mold was originally part of a much decorated Comblain presentation rifle set, carrying Comblain Syndicate serial number 2787B. See the Gun Report, Vol. 50 No.7 of Dec., 2004, for full details.
