Griffin Howe .375, 25” Barrel, Mauser square bridge action, pistol grip, sling swivels, original old silvers pad with leather cover deteriorated, 3 leaf express sight, ¼ rib, this magnificent gun is the finest example of Jos Fugger engraving, it is magnificently and profusely engraved, floorplate has dogs baying a bear with buffalos, the deepest scroll engraving imaginable, many hidden animals and game scenes, the barrel has a foot of engraving from the breech and 5 ½” back from the muzzle, this should be considered the most superb example of Griffin Howe and Jos Fugger Engraving imaginable, on the best platform, the gun is unused and brand new.
