Description:
Daniel Fraser take-down rifle chambered in the ultra-rare proprietary caliber 303 Fraser rimless. Built in 1899 for Lord Montgomerie, 15th Earl of Eglinton, Scotland on a Model 1893 Spanish Mauser action. Fully engraved featuring a bolt mounted peep sight with adj. apature, changeable front sight with pop-up ivory low light bead, Deeley release forend with horn "Henry tip", checkered horn buttplate, horn grip cap and inlaid silver shield with engraved monogram. Only a handful in this caliber are known to exist. Featured in Jonathan Kirton's new "Daniel Fraser" book.
