This is s a English game gun by J. Hughes in 12 ga. with 28" barrels choked IC & Full, extractors, double triggers and 2 1/2" chambers as it should.  The bores are good with some marks here and there understandably for it's 50 - 60 years of service.  The gun is tight and the top lever in the middle.  The barrels have about 98% blue posibly redone with a few marks that are very small near the muzzle and a very small spot in the blue on the right barrel.  The gun is a plain unengraved model with a blued floor plate and any case colors have just worn off from use and sunlight.  The wood is sound but has a fine repaired crack to the right of the top lever and a number of small nicks and dents in the buttstock, in the checkering and the edge of the grooved butt(see pictures).  The pull in 14 1/4" with very little cast off and the dimensions are normal.  If you buy the gun I can have the crack disappear and refresh the checkering for $100. additional.  A good bird or sporting clays gun for very reasonable money.  Shipped in a new hard case for safety.  Add $25 for this and appropriate shipping.  FFL please.  Detailed questions call 914 248 4646.
