Description:
This Imperial German WW1 Trench knife comes in original black painted scabbard. The single edge full tang blade has a 4 inch false edge. An Imperial German proof is stamped on spine, grips are held by three rives. Scabbard has early style leather belt loop. Knife is in excellent condition with bright blade and tang showing a few small dark stains. Grips are sound with wear from use. Scabbard retains 50% black finish mixed with oxidation stains. A very nice WW1 Trench Knife.
