This is an L.C.Smith hammerless double barreled shotgun, with Damascus steel barrels. It is a 12 Ga., with 30" barrels. Both barrels won't accept a dime, and both measure .690 inches.  I don.t know what the serial number is.  It has 120 then another 0 below  and then 959. Don't know the significance of the lower 0.  The gun is very tight as are most L.C.Smiths. Barrels look shiny to my 78 year old eyes. The Dascus pattern is still very visible the whole length of the barrels. Some case coloring still on the receiver and side plates. Has a black plastic or horn butt plate, and also in a V in the fore end. A very nice, solid gun.
