12 ga. SxS, hammer-less, sidelock with Damascus barrel. Manufacture date is 1886-1888. Serial number is 22xxx. Original barrel finish is approx. 20% with minor pitting near front sight bead. Original stock and foregrip finish is approx. 65% with worn, but clean checkering. Foregrip has chipping damage near the front end. All scroll work is in good to very good condition. Frame is tight and ejector is in good working order. Bore is fairly smooth, but could be polished out. The original buttplate is worn, but picture and wording is still clear and legible.
