The strong point on this gun is twofold; the bores are excellent with sharp and square rifling the entire way with very light burn about 4-5" ahead of the chambers and then the wood will last a lifetime. The whole is cased in a very nice brass cornered leather trunk with an original trade label and a nice compliment of accessories. This is a very accurate rifle. /////////////////////////// Isaac Hollis & Sons was established in 1814 and had London offices from 1870 to 1911. In 1930 they were on 16 & 17 Loveday Street and were still around in name up to 1953 as Hollis Bentley & Playfair.
