Description:
SMITH & WESSON Hand Ejector revolver chambered for the English .455cal.. with a non chopped cylinder. Gun is profusely proofed, with English markings including the left side of the barrel: 6 tons per square inch .455, .760. Finish on the gun is about 80% blue , with the remainder turning brown patina. Locks up tight, and indexes good. The 6" pinned barrel has a shiny clean bore. Early S&W logo grips are good with numerous dings from field use, and appear to have an added finish.No U.S markings on the butt, but a number:23063.
