*** REDUCED $1599.99 ---> $1199.99 (8-20-13) HAVE A VERY NICE REMINGTON NO. 4-S MILITARY MODEL IN .22 SHORT / LONG CALIBER. GUN HAS 28" BBL W/ MUSKET TYPE FOREND. ORIGINAL WOOD REMAINS IN 95% CONDITION WITH ONE SPOT MISSING A PIECE (PERHAPS A NAME PLATE REMOVED AT ONE POINT?). THE BLUING REMAINS IN ABOUT 95 % CONDITION AS WELL AND CASE HARDENING IS STILL VERY VISIBLE ON THE FRAME. BORE IS VERY CLEAN FOR ITS AGE AND AMMUNITION OF ITS TIME. ORIGINAL BUTT PLATE AS WELL. A VERY NICE PIECE FOR THE REMINGTON COLLECTOR OR ONE TO LOVE ROLLING BLOCKS AS THIS WAS THE SMALLEST REMINGTON MADE.
