Description:
This brass and iron tool has an adjustable shell holder marked "14, 18, 24, 28, and 32. this base plate springs on center screw with a lockscrew all held by lower handle. Center handle has decapping rod and recapping pin. Third handle forces decapping pin into spent primer for removal. This unusual tool is well built with graceful handles and strong spring. Iron parts show light oxidation , brass shows scattered dark stains and developing dark patina.
