The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The Winchester Model 1912 (Model 12 or M12) is an internal-hammer fired, pump-action shotgun with an external tubular magazine. Popularly-named the "Perfect Repeater" at its introduction, it largely set the standard for pump action shotguns over its 51 year standard production life. From August 1912 until May 1964 when Winchester discontinued mass production of the shotgun. Nearly two million Model 12 shotguns were produced in various grades and barrel lengths throughout that timeframe. Gauge: 12 Barrel Length: 28" Choke: Fixed Full Stock: American Walnut Finish: Blued Firearm is in overall very good condition, bluing is in 98% plus condition as well as the wood finish of the stock. Very few marks throughout the surface of the metal on the barrel, and minor marks on stock. This is an excellent example of this model firearm and is 100% functional.
